We need a motivator back. Rafa should concentrate on tactics and leave man management to someone else. We are clearly lacking spirit and have no spine to our performances whatsoever

Thanks Sarah, I think I would bring in Niall as my number two, in the new look motivation team. That way when the players get back on to the pitch, they would know that the two of us were waiting in the dressing room for them, and Christ help them if there was a performance like today. The Stalin school of motivation would be open for business.
