Original post simply isn't true. On the basis of yesterday perhaps not. but in general Fergie and Mourinho would crawl over hot coals to have Gerrard in their teams.

Riise might have a shout at ManU, Carra probably would, the Alonso of the past 2 seasons rather than this year would, and Kuyt might have a shout 'n all. Sissoko would get in both. Chelsea with their limitless resources are perhaps one thing, but ManU's team isn't that much better than ours, its just that they're playing significantly better. One of the reasons everyone is so upset at the moment is because we have much better players than our form is showing, If genuinely we were so crap, then actually being 4 points off 4th with admittidly 5 losses (but in definately our 5 hardest away games) and good progress in the cups wouldn't be so utterly lame.
