It was aggressive. Any footballer, at whichever level, knows you don't go in to tackle like that. Could be the end of Pelosi's career.
Rome wasn't built in a day, but it wasn't built by the apprentice either.

Sickening for the lad. I read somewhere that he need an operation on the break to help the healing

Nah it was meant to hurt him, maybe not to break his leg but definatly to show him he 'was there'' Pelosi left the other wba player on the floor after he won the ball, player should be banned from football for that especially at such a young age.
          RIP IRWT post/rant, best ever

            Terrible, terrible tackle.

I hope the kid comes back stronger than before the injury.

I actually like him in the role of a CM/DM.

He's a cracking centre mid, but if this doesn't end his career, he'll be nowhere near the player he is now.

At least it's happened at this stage of his career and not in his pomp. Many people have suffered leg breaks and have come back.

Cisse for example. I'm sure He'll be okay, mental strength is important for the kid now.

Cisse is a good example - he came back but was never the same player!!

He wasn't the same player before either.
                      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Had the successful surgery on broken leg on Monday night.

Let's hope his recovery and rehab goes well.

                              Was missed last night.

Who was it on here that said Rodden was a great wee player?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Definitely. Yesil, Pelosi and Coady could have massively changed that result. If Coady doesn't play tonight when he could have stayed at home, played in the NextGen and helped them advance, I'll be pissed.
