As has been mentioned before the mix at the back, particularly centre back doesn't suit our play and thus big reputations or not changes are needed.

Carra last season would probably hoofed it. This season he is trying to keep the ball in play. Cost us today.

The table depends on how you want to interpret it. Its alright saying we're 3rd in the last 8 games, but spurs and Utd have played 7, arsenal, Chelsea and city have been ****e, and we're just just 2 and 3 points above Swansea and Southampton. We've also had a really easy run of games playing arsenal and city in poor form, whilst losing to Oldham and villa. There's nothing to convince me otherwise there.
As I said let's see where we end up.

Saying other sides have been ****e is a cop out, it's about what we do that should matter, if they're not performing thats their look out

Always getting turned over at home those 2.

Piss poor from us not to put 5 past them.

Just back from the game and it's a shame Carra made that mistake it was a fantastic performance.

Either way, think we can all agree that this away goal rule is a load of bollocks.

Gutted. Great performance, thought the ref was abysmal. 3 mins added was shocking, as was not giving the pen and even worse somehow not booking either Neto (who could have had about 10!) or Hubocan who just kept kicking and kicking knowing they'd get away with it.

You might have a sennse of humour. But you need to wise up. We were better than both Citeh and the Arse. This does not constitiute a run of easy games. They are above us!

Worked for Sturridge,Wilshere, Wellbeck and even out own Coutinho. For young players IMo can be very beneficial. And sure if they don't cut it, means they played regular football which hopefully boosts or maintains a fee in which we can sell on.

IMO the only thing that saves Rodgers is that it is his first season. He need time but another season like this and it is bye bye Rodgers.

Next season must be a lot better, a lot.
1998/99 we finished 7th in the league, were out of Europe and the League Cup before Christmas and knocked out of the FA cup in January.

Lets see where we end up is true

I'm not worried about other sides, but its not a cop out, if other sides have poor form it doesn't make us getting a point off them good imo, but I know what you' saying. I just don't see any consistency from Rogers side, its ok saying we looked good tonight, but inbetween the good games we're still getting battered., the sign of a mediocre side. We're turning into a Newcastle, capable of beating any side on our day playing great football, but likely to finish in the top 10 only.

You mean to distract Zenit while we made up the deficit?

Where do you want to cut off the run which indicates good form? Do we want to isolate the arsenal and city games, forgetting about the results either side?
