It adds balance, some people would have you believe that we were the best side in the league following a draw against City. Its a pity that you can't see things from both sides, as the correct one tends to be a blend of both.Originally posted by Marina View PostWhy are some people always moaning? You'd soon go crackers if we were all here high fiving each other after winning the passing but losing the match.SakhoPotatoes

Great performance , but the subs
Shelvey is simply not good enough taking off Allen and Henderson killed our momentum.
Shame that was Carra's last Euro game awful way to finish
If we had Sturridge and Coutinho we would have murdered them"All I'll ever do is all I've ever done in any job, and that's promise to fight for my life for the supporters and the people of the city"

Maybe it's because they can't handle their own frustrations but are overwhelmed by the urge to vent them on others, like a man who can't keep down a plateful of dodgy noodles that are disagreeing with him.Originally posted by Marina View PostWhy are some people always moaning? Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

But why do you stick to your line if you believe the truth is a blend of the negative (e.g. you) and the positive (others)? It indicates you know you're talking extremist guff and yet you continue doing it, ignoring counterarguments at will.Originally posted by tanner View PostIt adds balance, some people would have you believe that we were the best side in the league following a draw against City. And no one really believes we're the best side in the league. But I expect some people get carried away when they're feeling good about a result. Think of them as like you, only in the mirror..

Who the **** does this? Nobody. How can you talk about balance and then go and insinuate that everyone's happy to lose? That's blatantly untrue.Originally posted by tanner View PostIt adds balance, some people would have you believe that we were the best side in the league following a draw against City. There is a such thing as perspective. Oh, and trying to be optimistic. What's the point supporting the club if you're so insistent on seeing the bad side in everything? Surely it's more worth your while to do something else with your time.

Sorry, but that's the first paragraph is a right load of utter bollocks.Originally posted by Marina View PostWho the **** does this? Nobody. How can you talk about balance and then go and insinuate that everyone's happy to lose? That's blatantly untrue.

I support the club. I use the forum to talk about the club, good or bad, in the stadium I sing loud, the forum is different. I see faults throughout the current reign, Rogers, imo, should be nowhere near this great club, nowhere near. FFS he's taken someone else's side into a playoff and then had one season of mediocrity. We are Newcastle FC with Rogers and FSG. If people can't see where this is going then carry on

I don't mean to be a pedant, but it wasn't a paragraph! Also I don't reeeally think it was bollocks. Nobody here celebrates a Liverpool loss. Suggesting that anybody does is a bit deluded.Originally posted by tanner View PostSorry, but that's the first paragraph is a right load of utter bollocks.

Anyway, it seems utterly pointless trying to discuss thing sensibly with you. You are hell-bent on perpetuating your baseless views and steamrolling anyone who doesn't agree. Simple as that.

I'm not celebrating a loss, I merely argue with people who currently see so many positives in what is quite clearly an inconsistent side.SakhoPotatoes

I wondered exactly the same when I read that post.
But I'm sure he isn't. And anyway we're not allowed to speculate because MrM says it's boring..
