So glad we pulled it back - for the obvious 3 points and beating Spurs but also can call the ref out for the non penalty on Sturridge, thought Vertigo (or whatever his name is) was lucky to get away with a yellow when stopped the ball going past to Suarez who had got behind the defence, and the constant grabbing and pulling back Spurs were doing.

On a serious note really need to sort the defending out, it wasn't as if they tore us apart to score their goals it was basic mistakes we made, and it has been throughout the season that's cost us.

Incredible result. We capitalised on their mistakes... Something teams have been doing to us all season.

Attacking wise we look excellent... Serious defensive worry though. We need a few commanding cb's. Also Lucas has not looked the same player, always a worry after such injury trouble.

Suarez and Gerrard were outstanding. Downing was anonymous for 70 mins but imo was decent last twenty.
