We've enough of them in the squad.

No ideas going forward and Suarez had a stinker today, Sturridge not back up to pace yet but his stupid little flicks were frustrating!

Just shows we still have a way to go to get back into the top 4.

      Summary: Not good enough today.

Sturridge was awful today , Johnson looked like he was asleep and in general we lacked urgency and gave West Ham far too much time to get men behind the ball

Positives great game by Agger and what a clearance by Lucas

Should have had a clear pen for foul on Gerrard

                ****house from us that.

On a more serious note they set up well knowing that the width comes from our full backs so the 2 wide players sat in front of their fullbacks to deny the space.

James Collins never has had and probably never will have such a good game again as he did today.

We worked good positions but the final ball was lacking and on the whole the team was off the pace.

Think we need a wee bit of power in the midfield.

The 3 we had today works very well against teams that aren't as strong through the middle but against "powerful" sides we often get bossed around in the middle of the park.

                    Yaya Toure would be nice

with our front 3 it does all look very arsenal, its all flicks and backheels, its ****ing great when it comes off but when it doesn't as it won't from time to time its as frustrating as buggery. very little penetration, eye of the needle stuff. can't knock luis after the season he's had but I just wish in games like this when its not working he'd just do the basics, look up and play in others with normal passes. gerrard was our best player today. sturridge drops way too deep, stay uptop and be a target. lucas is slower than ever, hope with preseason he'll be the lucas of old.

Suarez made Collins look good for most of the game. Some of his touches were so heavy he practically passed it to the defender.

@OptaJoe: 38 - Liverpool have now drawn 38 Premier League home games 0-0; only Villa have ever drawn more at home 0-0 (47). Stalemate.

Some* of our players have a habit of keeping the ball in their feet for too long going forward, they can't all do the Suarez thing.

Also thought Sturridge offered close to 0 today, i'm not as sold on him as others seem to be

                                *most?
