We struggle against teams who park the bus like last week and today, Carroll would make no difference at all in those kind of matches.

I'm not so sure, the strikers we have at the moment want to run in behind defences, with tight defences this is difficult, Carroll is someone who can be in there fighting , if he can make himself enough if a handful it could create space for others or get headers in from crosses set pieces etc. I certainly don't think Carroll is the answer to all our problems, but I certainly think we need a different option, and he offers that.
