    So, Mourinho was right

Before the season started Mourinho wrote off our chances saying he saw Chelsea's main threat would come from Arsenal and the mancs.

    He wasn't wrong was he?

Just disappointing that at the moment the likes of Villa, Bolton and Portsmouth are a bigger threat as well

He only said that to provoke reaction and Villa, Bolton and Portsmouth are not a bigger threat. 1/5

Don't care why he said it, it appears to be true. And 'at the moment' (the words I used above) those three teams certainly are a bigger threat.

A couple of things; Firstly, he was saying that because he genuinely feared us the most - that much is obvious. Secondly, he's only right if chelsea, utd or arse have just lifted the premiership title. Has that happened????

I watched the match in my local near Manchester yesterday. The pub was full of ManUre fans who all wanted either a draw or us to win on the basis that we're "not a threat". Although Arsene Wenger will rightly argue otherwise, the Mancs think it's a straight two horse race between them and Chel$ki and that their match on November 25th is already the title decider. :whatever:

Let's be honest, 4th place is the best we can hope for and Arsenal got it last season even though they lost 9 matches away from home. Outside of the top three the rest of the Premiership, including ourselves, is woefully awful...

I can't agree with anything the 'special one' says even if it's the right time.

As it turns out Mourinho was right. We weren't a threat this season.

The thing is it's not that we lost so many away games, it's that we got ****ing smacked in quite a few of them.

I demand a replay on the basis we didn't turn up.

Wenger and Ferguson said exactly the same. What do they know?
                          Another MASSIVE game

I don't see why 4th place is the best we can hope for. Predictions like that with most of the season still to play are plain daft and take no account of upturns and downturns in the form of key teams, or suspensions and injuries to their important players. I believe we're only 4 points of 3rd place, so there's no reason why we won't improve
