If Karius stayed as Klopp planned then Mignolet would have gone to Besiktas, if the reporting is accurate. Karius has said klopp planned to keep him at Liverpool this season, Mignolet was lining up a move to Besiktas, Karius said he wanted out so he made the move and mig was told he way staying. He's disappointed that he didn't move and especially as Karius effectively got his move. Understandable all round.
If Karius stayed, he’d be No 3 goalkeeper. What’s he moaning about
As backup keeper he has to sit on the bench, if he was the no 3 GK he'd get the weekend off
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I’m sure if Mig had of dropped his wage demands like he drops crosses he would have been snapped up during the summer. No mid table club would be prepared to pay him what he’s on at Liverpool so if he wanted a move that badly he should have been prepared to accept less money. We shouldn’t have to pay to get rid of him when he can be the No2 & we get a loan fee for Karius to see if he does progress.

First rumbles of discontent in the squad. I bet there will be others.
I think it is different for GKs to outfield players, most outfield players will get opportunities at some point where as GKs are waiting for an injury or suspension.
I don't understand how Mignolet's situation has come about, I am fairly confident that the club wouldn't have stood in the way of any serious offer for Mignolet. If a decent offer had come in surely we would have just brought in a backup GK and moved him on. Surely the situation was that no one wanted him, which isn't the club's fault.
