Without wishing to be unfair I've not seen a worse league debut for a LFC keeper than Karius'.

considering how we're all anxious for this position to be sorted, if there was a mistake made this summer, goalkeeping may have been it.

Hopefully he starts bad and gets better.. time will tell.

Seem to recall David James having a poor game on his debut. Was our first ever game in the Premier league era and think it may have been the first game game played in the Premier league.


Think Friedel might have had a pretty poor debut as well. Of course it could just be time playing tricks with me and those keepers poor overal time with us leading me to think they had sloppy debuts.
