    If we get Barca to buy Mignolet for 20m odd I reckon Edwards has managed to cheat like some folk used to do on Championship Manager.

      Having got £12.5m for Ward, Mignolet for £20m doesn't seem an unreasonable expectation.

                  What is the appeal with Turkish football? Or is it just the quality of life over there, because the likes of Van Persie, Kuyt, Pepe, Ba, Eto'o have played for Turkish clubs.

                    Big money, sun and you can still play for a CL club towards the end of your career if you choose the right one.

                      Istanbul’s a pretty cool city, or at least it was 10 years ago. Not sure how Erdogan has influenced it more recently. Unlikely for the better.

                                In all seriousness, I haven't been a fan from day 1, but at that price he's a decent shout for a mid table PL team. I can only assume it's the wages that clubs are finding prohibitive.
                                If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
