Thanjk you.

Ever thought that maybe the song is for the club and not just the current players? Whenever I sing it I am thinking about more than just the players standing in front of me.
Also showing the players just how amazing the support is can work just as effectively as not singing - you can embarrass people into performing.
What the hell was the point in singing YNWA at the end of the game yesterday?
I mean we played fcuking ****e, aside from the first 25 minutes we showed no ambition, no effort, no ideas etc etc, it's all been chewed over already.
It was a performance the players should be ashmed of, sometimes were just far too nice in respect of backing our players, they didn't deserve a YNWA yesterday, no fcuking way.
Fair enough it shows we're backing our team but it was way to generous considering our dismal performance.
It was great when we were beat 4-1(not the scoreline of course) at home to Chelsea last season because all the lads played their hearts out, we had a fair few chances and it was a freak result, no way did we deserve to lose 4-1 that day, certainly brought a lump to the throat - fans singing YNWA.
Well I don't know what to say about this thread. YNWA is not just about supporting the players its about supporting the club. The best example for me was when we were in Lisbon for the Benfica game last season. We sang until we were hoarse before and after the game despite playing awful. It wasn't about geeing the players up. It's about respresenting the club. We were ambassadors and we outsung 62,000 Benfica supporters.
Never give up never give in. If you are lucky to be in the crowd then you must sing your heart out. You should go to a game with Red_Emmo. During half time in Istanbul he was the man who started the "We're gonna win 4-3" chant. That is what supporting the club is all out.
People are still missing the point, YNWA is part of what makes LFC so great, it's sung in good times and bad, it's hair's on the back of the neck stuff.
In no way am i saying we shouldn't sing it, of course we bloody well should, it's our song, the initials are encriped on outrbadge, it ain't Cetic's or whoever else's ,it's ours end of.
All i'm saying folks is i though singing it after such an UNCOMMITTED performance on sunday was a bit to generous for my liking, the players are so used to us singing it before and after matches, they would defeinely notice if we didn't bother singing it on sunday hence they'd know how badly pissed off we are.
