REVEALED: Rodgers' pre-season training notes - Liverpool stars drilled on possession and conditioning... and reminded to honour supporters while on tour in Jakarta
This picture offers a fascinating insight into the pre-season preparations of Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers.
On Liverpool-branded paper, Rodgers has scrawled his instructions for a one-hour session in the humid climes of Indonesia.
The notes include formations for a practice match, exercises for the players and even instructions for the stars after the session comes to a close.
In the top-right corner of the sheet, Rodgers has jotted down formations for each team to face one another in a practice match.
Liverpool later tweeted the line-ups, with Steven Gerrard, Iago Aspas and Coutinho among the players taking on Kolo Toure, Raheem Sterling and Joe Allen's side.
Rodgers' session included an 'intense' warm-up, 'circles', 'technical exercise' and 'possession'.
The former Swansea manager also had a couple of reminders for his players while they enjoy Jakarta in their downtime.
Under the section simply labelled 'Notes' in the bottom left corner of the training sheet, the players are scheduled to sleep during the day before another session.
He also scribbled the words 'supporters - honour', perhaps offering a gentle reminder to the Reds stars to conduct themselves properly while in Asia.
The players are also due to take a stroll out of the team hotel, but are told to be careful, with the words 'No Paths!' written afterwards. A warning to the players as they head onto the bustling streets of Jakarta no doubt.
Dominic King is in the Indonesian capital and witnessed 17-year-old Jordan Ibe net a sensational goal past Simon Mignolet during the training session.
The Sportsmail reporter tweeted: 'Training been notable for two things: 1) The number of dragonflies that resemble tiny helicopters, buzzing around 2) A goal from Jordon Ibe.
'He showed his prowess at Preston but the effort Ibe rifled past Simon Mignolet flew past the keeper like a rocket.
'Cue applause all around.'
Rodgers' men will face the Indonesia XI on Saturday before travelling to Australia to take on Melbourne Victory on July 24.
