I'm drinking a beer called Weltenburger Kloster Barock Hell. It's a Bayarian Light 5.6%, and it's - now get this - being brewed by the oldest monk brewery in the world. That means, their brewery has been brewing since 1050. Nearly one thousand years ago!!!

But it still doesn't beat Weihenstephan. Which is the oldest (non-monk) brewery in the world, dating 1040!!! And their beers really are ****ing exquisite. (Not knocking this one, it's brilliant!
