Not sure about that - I think Chelsea (and Abramovich) would love Brendan, and the type of football he has us playing.

You have a point Funny to think that Abramovich originally got rid of Mourinho mainly because of his **** brand of (dull) football.... only to reappoint him six years later

        I've got 12 points
If we had to accept that we're dropping points, what would people take:

2 draws and 2 points like BC predicts, or a win against Southampton but defeat to United for an extra point, obviously having to suffer defeat to those cunts and break our unbeaten run?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

If we had to take one of those two results, then win against Southampton and loss against manure all day long:

          1) 1 extra point (points are king at this stage of the season)
          2) manure fans deluded into believing they ended our league title chances
          3) #Moyesin All will be forgotten for him achieving the above
          One tit for another.

Bollocks to that, I'd rather beat the **** mid table team and heap pressure on them while losing to a very good footballing team who get to close the gap on United and are no threat to our league position.

Win and a loss over 2 draws. FWIW I think we'll get 4 points from those 2, can't see us beating Southampton away

Bit of luck against Southampton at times but you need it to win it right??

We can win all of the next 4.

Teams are absolutely **** scared of us at the moment.

Just play our game. Forget everything else.

**** me this is exciting! But the more we win, the more nervous I get that the wheels will fall off and we lose 4th place.

                    I'd take that

in fact it's the United/Spurs games that are must win - win them and i think that will wrap up 4th.

minimum 10 points from next 6 games - getting something of united/spurs would be huge.
                    Love it

**** this is it! The last six games of the season. What a ride it's been, and what a team.

Let's make history and rewrite some records.

                        West Ham - 0-2
                        Man City - 2-1
                        Norwich - 0-5
                        Chelsea - 2-2
                        Crystal Palace - 1-3
                        Newcastle - 2-0

I just found out I've got a ticket for the Newcastle game plus a city centre hotel room that was booked in January
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

so this is it - the final time we can use this thread

                              the remaining 6 league games.

                              West Ham - 0 - 1 - scrappy, tight nervy win
                              Man City - - 2 - 0 - blow them away
                              Norwich - 2 -5 suarez hattrick standard,
Chelsea - 1 - 0 - Gerrard penalty which sends mourinho over the edge
                              Crystal Palace - 0-3
                              Newcastle - 5-0
