Sakho seems a ballwinner, which isn't a bad thing. Fits what you think we'd want to do defensively, actually. Problem is that he's not played a competitive game in something like 6 months, the sharpness just isn't there yet and he's about half a step late in his timing.

Not a bad half, though. Be interesting to see how we hold a lead in this one - we bunkered against Utd, Villa, and to a lesser extent Stoke because we didn't think they could break us except on the counter. Swansea definitely can, as the last five or so minutes showed. Need to possess the ball more, go back to some old sterile domination.

(Wonder if we might see three at the back at some point, too, to add some solidarity against Bony and Michu.)

We seem to be dropping off quite a bit, inviting pressure. Not sure it's the intended tactic but we need to carry on pressing like we did for the first 30 minutes.

They started pressing us further down the pitch and since then we've dropped deeper.

I like Lucas but this is where we need some 'presence' in midfield.

Skrtel, he's making himself undroppable with challenges like that, every bit as good as a goal for me! Or at least I celebrated like it was anyway

I didn't want to jinx it before hand but I was wondering what we'd be like if we went behind after the way we've been this season, definitely doesn't look like the type of game we can sit back and defend to win, I'd be surprised if there wasn't more goals.

I think Coutinho has less options when he's on the ball so he looks and is less effective, great first half from Moses, could be a shame Chelsea didn't wanna get ****ed over again. Sakho is great in the air but a little bit off the pace probably and surely that'sto be expected.

****ing love how deadly we are on the attack. Soon as we win the ball its all systems go and everyone is bombing forward trying to attack. I love that. When Moses won the ball for his goal you could see Enrique 30 yards back bursting to get forward and provide the overlap. I love it, thank you Brendan Rodgers we now look like a scary team to play against

We're very poor defensively but so are they.

We need to get the third goal and kill the game off, and take care of the ball better. Our back four is unsettled and we're soft in the middle, ball goes through Lucas/Gerrard too easily. Our attack is very good, and when we have the ball, we look like doing something with it. Bad game from Wisdom, Sakho is still settling down. Skrtel is thankfully saving our skin.

Game is far from over because Swansea look like scoring. Need to settle down.

Put a tin of them in front of Sakho, and you'd see how rash he can jump in..
