The banners at the training ground are a distraction IMHO. Leave the players alone to train.
They are there to train and nothing else so leave them to get on with it. Fair enough cheering on the bus but training should be about training with no distractions.

Training is just preparing for real time situations. They're gonna have more than a couple of banners at games & really high expectations. Tbh, if they have a few in training it will help them get used to the pressure, as opposed to being a hinderance.

Think of it from a different angle. People who sing in front of a huge crowd for the first time can sometimes choke. Especially if you go from singing in front of a mirror to Wembley.

Can I just make clear that I was speaking for myself and nobody else.

There is no way I'd ever make it to the top of a profession, let alone a sporting one. I'm just not motivated enough, and enjoy all the distractions far too much. I admire the people who sacrifice to achieve everything in sport though. So admirable to be so single minded and focused. And I laugh at the people who do the same in pensions. Sad Cunts.
