Same here.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostJust enjoying the ride
This is the most enjoyable season since 2008/09 and quite frankly I don't want it to end.
We made a huge improvement in a short period of time and as long as we qualify for CL it will be a big step in right direction for us.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

Then we get to enjoy the CL ride! Brilliant because kick offs will be slightly earlier that I normally get up but not too bad (4:45am). I can handle that!Originally posted by Mostar View PostSame here.

They have ten games left (if City win their 2 in hand) and we are working on the assumption that we beat them both at home, returning zero points for them. That leaves them 9 games to pick up points, so averaging 2.25 per game earns them 20 points for the rest of the season, so 83 points.
Now I'm not stupid, I know technically that if they get no points against us, then the average for the other 9 games will go above 2.25 to maintain their season's average, but that's too boring and complicated to work out. As it stands, I have us as Champions!!!
In other words if Man city and Chelsea draw a game and we win all out remaining fixtures, then we are Champions. Possible but unlikely.Nowt wrong with lurking!

If we win all our remaining fixtures, which is quite feasible, Chelsea and City will be losing, not drawing, a game. Anyway I expect both to drop more points than us in the other fixtures. We're playing much better than either teamOriginally posted by Needles View PostIn other words if Man city and Chelsea draw a game and we win all out remaining fixtures, then we are Champions.
