The Saturday night game is Utd-Norwich on Sky. I don't know if they can move that to the Sunday at such late notice without permission. Second half of the season, when the broadcasters have free choice on the televised games, they usually give six weeks notice on kick off times. Maybe Sky will try a double header with us kicking off at eight.
They done it a few weeks ago for United to move to Saturday and that game to Sunday.
Everyone must have k.own about this, and there was the (slim) possibility that United would go through too, meaning they might have to play on the Tuesday too. Given that, if any game is going to be swapped they probably would have made contingency plans for it to be the early kick off, Everton-Southampton.
Sky usually have all the premium games, and most of them used to be schedules for the lunchtime Saturday kick off. But BT use that slot mostly now for their premium package, so some of the clashes have been Super Sunday this year instead. When they're on a Saturday, there's no need to reschedule.
Saints - everton remains Sat 12.45.
@SouthamptonFC: We can confirm that our home game against @Everton will not be rescheduled. Match remains on Saturday 26th April (12.45pm BST). #saintsfc
Looks like our game will be moved then to Saturday and will be a 5:30 kick off.
would love a 5.30 sat kick off something about a evening game in spring plus a bit more drinking time would see the old vocal chords warmed up a bit more and a boss atmosphere will end up as a deafening atmosphere bring it on please
still no word as it still might be on the sunday depending on the draw as the sunderland game might get moved instead so they play them on the saturday instead of the sunday
