I would have loved to see Stevie lift it...when fans of other teams are saying the same thing, you know he deserved it.

Nothings over, nobody got the trophy today.City just struggled past a team trying to lose and apparently thats it! ****ing bonkers. You can wallow in it when its actually over, until then I'd rather think positive and support the team.
Im still supporting my team and always will

Because being involved in a successful season is giving you no joy,so why do it to yourself. Its ridiculous. All you did was moan while we were on an 11 game unbeaten run, then the run ended and you moan some more.

Just playing about with some numbers.

          Chelsea 6 0 Norwich
          Crystal Palace 0 4 Liverpool
Man City 3 1 Aston Villa
          Cardiff 0 4 Chelsea
Man City 2 0 West Ham
          Liverpool 9 0 Newcastle

          Liverpool 38 27 5 6 109 46 86 +63
          Manchester City 38 27 5 6 101 38 86 +63
          Chelsea 38 26 6 6 79 26 84 +53

So we win it on more goals scored like Arsenal did in 1989

If we beat Palace, the pressure will be put straight back on them and seeing them sitting back today does indicate that there is a big chance they'll be nervous in their next two games.
              Are we winning?

I'll think realistically and support the team. That means I think our chances are slim, but we still have a chance (three games in a week for a depleted city team is definitely a positive). No wallowing will occur. I might steal one of the girlfs Lush bath bombs and wallow in that though. At least I'll smell lovely.

Where did I moan about us being on an 11 game win streak?

I was genuinely worried prior to pretty much every game. Not moaning about the team or the players

I for one am still hoping for a twist in this tale. It's happened many times before. It could well happen again.
                    Oh I don't know.

Exactly, they almost folded under the pressure tow season ago against a terrible QPR team. They are more than capable of ****ing this up,especially if they kose Aguero and Toure.

                      It's still very much on.

You just said you would have loved to see Stevie lift it,talking as if he can't.

                        Thats not realism,thats pessimism.

Let's see what Villa side turn up, the blues have a few injury issues too. I'll continue to adopt G's strategy and think positively, but I do contest I pinned a lot of hope on Everton. Silly ****ing me.

Replaced by Fernandinho, not sure what the injury was.

It's a shame west ham aren't city's next match. Granted west ham are safe but they would have kicked city all over the park
