Yeah but their players have no rivalry with us so thats all that matters.Them being safe is not helpful though.

Lets just all celebrate the fact we have been pretty awesome this season, bar the shocking set piece and aerial defending. We "should" finish 2nd which matches our best finish in the premier league.

Yes its frustrating as hell that we had it in our hands and only needed a draw against Chelsea, but thats done now.

So I for one am looking forward to next season back where we belong playing the likes of Barca and Real. Then if by some miracle City drop points at home in either of their last games its a MASSIVE bonus.

We will not turn over the goal difference deficit so you may as well stop talking about that now. (I hope im wrong )

Silly Villa fans. It's kind of annoying how random non-rival teams want City to win over us. Success from from a rich sheikh or genuine managerial talent and team spirit? People are so bitter they don't know the difference.

Bloody hell that's another set of fans that would rather their team lose than help us to win the league
3 posts out of 30 stating they'd rather lose than us win the league?
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Precaution can still mean a week out. Sturridge went off with a tweak that wasn't serious.

I've written off the Villa game with no Benteke and probably no Agbonlahor now - the final day of the season is our best hope. West Ham can be a dangerous team to try and manage the game against us. If it's tight at the end and they are launching set pieces then you never know.

Hopefully, both for us and for my fantasy team I hope he plays no further part this season.

Been following the Reds since the 1976/77 season.

I would rank this league season as my third favourite all-time behind the 1978/79 and 1987/88 seasons.

In 1978/79 we had the three Scottish maestros playing together for a whole season for the first time and in 1987/88 we had newly signed Barnes and Beardsley tearing up the opposition for fun.

Rodgers has fired up my enthusiasm for football again

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
