Think a draw is a bad result tbh. If they draw they'll know they have to win on Sunday and it keeps them fully focused. A loss and we're flying. A win and they might get complacent. Both seem better than a draw honestly. But who knows.

Fair points Marina. I don't care what happens and in what order as long as it ends up with Stevie's hands on that trophy at 5pm Sunday.

Although to be fair,if they win tonight I'd fear for us not being 100% on Sunday.Any dropped points keeps our lads focussed.

Yeah, a draw doesn't help us.

          We need a win.

Last home league loss against Newcastle was in April 1994.

            Since then:

Horrible weather. Dodgy City backpass with Downing pouncing on it and scoring in the 94th minute to take all 3 points back to the Midlands

When a team is going for the title Fat Sam is exactly the type of horrible ******* who would love to piss on their parade?

It's all in hand anyway,I've already tweeted Andy Carroll to tell him to score the winner on Sunday. Sorted

Would be worth the 35m imo

So Fat Sam and his boys need to win at the Etihad.

They are nothing short of awful away from home but we'll see. Biggest hope is that City's result today won't discourage our players even more.

For those sat at home watching it unfold at the weekend, which game will you be watching primarily? City or us?

West Ham have no chance, they're ****ing ****.

Gerrard's slip and our capitulation the other night has completely ****ed it up.

What a chance, what A chance we had, gutted.
