Yeah probably. Although I expect the defence will change. Sakho and / or Toure will probably come in.

I'd like to see how Sakho and Agger could manage together, with Sakho being the right sided player. After all the defensive reinforcements we've got in it's somehow deflating to see a back four of Johnson-Skrtel-Agger-Flanagan I think Flanagan deserves to keep his place.

Wouldn't be his biggest fan but to be fair Skrtel has been our best CB this season. We have some good options at CB need to stop chopping and changing. Difficult to know who to start at CB on a consistent basis but we can't go through the whole season constantly changing our CB's.

Agger has been our best CB so far, we haven't managed to keep a clean sheet without him, fact, I'd put Toure ahead of Skrtel too he's a leader and calming influence unlike Martin who IMO is a nervous liability who can't handle pressure from physical sides and constantly makes mistakes.

As i said not Skrtel's biggest fan but IMO criticism was over the top last season & he really hasn't done much wrong since coming in this season.

I don't buy the clean sheet stat to be honest a coincidence. We've chopped and changed so much that at the moment it is very difficult to pick our best pairing..i wonder does even Rodgers know? Massive fan of Agger but he was at fault for alot of goals last season. People seems to brush over that as he is a ball playing CB.

As i said.. not a big fan of Skrtel & i do like Agger. I don't like when the two play together. Both get dominated aerially & both struggle with big physical strikers.

Personally i think we have great options at CB, Toure & Sahko have done well. Just a matter of finally picking two CB's as starters and sticking with.

Completely agree that BR needs to pick a CB pairing and stick with it, I'd go with Agger and Toure that worked very well for us at the start of the season, or perhaps Sako and Agger.
I don't rate Skrtel and never have tbf he puts in the occasional run of good performances becomes a regular starter and then starts to **** up and cost us stupid goals especially against physical, aggressive sides, it's happened time and time again over the last 5 years since he joined and I've had enough I'll be glad to see the back of him when he's eventually sold.

Plus he's **** at set pieces. I'd rather have Skrtel/Toure and Sakho to be honest.

Nice nitpicking there mate, we've kept 4 clean sheets with Agger in the team this season and none without him him but um anyway yeah he's **** keep that steadfast rock Skrtel in the starting 11 he won't let us down anymore definitely not.

They were a cluster**** against set pieces. Check out how bad they were for our first goal.

Gerrard was at fault for the first goal, but yes, our defenders could have dealt with the delivery better.

Agger still switches off and loses his man. I love the guy but he's probably overrated. I would love to see him and Sakho together, but at the moment I think our best pairing is Skrtel and Sakho so would like to see those two.

It's such a ridiculously massive game ....drop points here and it'll really pierce our optimism, both players and fans. Got to win.

Inconsistent at best - they were awful in their last two games losing away to S/ton & at home to Palace but had a decent start to the season
