                I don't mind Sterling starting. Yes, he had a poor game against Hull, but then so did four fifths of the team. Moses has struggled and is a bit ****, Aspas is returning from injury and is a bit **** ... we're not exactly rich with options.

                    He's young, barely played, so needs "game time" if we expect him to improve. Of course ideally we'd send him on loan to get that, but we're hardly flush with other options right now.

                        Out of the 4, Sterling/Aspas/Moses/Alberto none should be starting over the other based on what I've seen so far. If Sterling is doing more in training or Rodgers thinks he deserves a crack at it, why not.

                          I think people are forgetting how ineffectual Aspas was. He hid from the ball and offered little else; we're just looking for alternatives borne out of frustration when in reality, it highlights another weak area in our team.

                              Because in training anything you do looks good it's in an actual match where it counts,Sterling was very poor against Hull.
