That's good enough for me. We won it in the first half and looked relatively comfortable in open play in the 2nd. Set piece defence was a bit **** though.

Skrtel, while being a good player, is a ****ing liability when defending corners etc. How the **** does he get away with holding his man so much?

This team is going to score 10 in one game, the potential is scary. I look at this bunch of young lad 's, and their level of enthusiasm and think they can make the future whatever they want it to be.

Brilliant first half, got pushed back a bit in second. Suarez is genius, Sterling were superb constantly attacking & Hendo had brilliant first half.

I know Skrtel is very handsy which is gonna cost us at some point at set pieces but he and Sahko were magnificent during open play. Flanagan was excellent too. Top of league, pity about sloppy goal but intro of Kelly unbalanced us... but exciting stuff.

Agree that Skrtl is a liability at times. Not sure what the fuss is in this thread with Sterling, thought he was poor - the runs were good but awful end product, the goal was put on a plate from Suarez. I don't doubt he can come on, but at the mo he needs to sort out his final pass (along with Allen).

I thought Henderson was triumphant again, hope he continues his form, and the same with some of Flannagans game - all this without Gerrard and Sturridge in the team is very good news.

Agree with all of that Attacking players will get the credit but Skrtel and Sakho look a really good pairing (and I'm a massive Agger fan).

Yeah dunno why he keeps doing this, a little grab on the shirt is fine, everyone does it but half the time he's got his back turned or is not even looking at the ball and is hauling someone to the floor! BT sport have gone mental for it today aswell, he needs to calm it down for the next few games at least.
