    My team would be:
    Mignolet
    Johnson - Touré - Skrtel - Cissokho
    Lucas - Gerrard
    Sterling - Hendo - Aspas
    Suarez

    Bench:
Jones, Kelly, Illori, Rossiter, Coutinho, Sturridge and a bag of chips (or Moses)

Won't be surprised at all to see that side run out The Cout off the bench for this to break them down or him starting with Aspas off the bench seems to be the only decision for Brendan to consider IMO.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Bar fitness issues I don't think he has much choice. The only thing I think Brendan will do different is Cout will start / Aspas on bench.

He really likes Coutinho. It seems he starts every game. He was even praised after the Hull game, where I thought his shooting, when teammates were in better position was letting the team down a bit.

Liverpool FC have been handed a welcome fitness boost with the news that Mamadou Sakho is ahead of schedule in his recovery from a hamstring injury.

The French defender suffered the problem in the defeat to Chelsea on December 29, and it had initially been feared that he could be out of action for up to six weeks.

Sakho, though, has responded well to treatment, and has been back at Melwood this week working closely with the Reds' medical team.

The 23-year-old could even be in contention for Sunday's Premier League trip to Stoke City, though no decision will be taken on that score until later in the week.

It seems like every time we have an injury they return ahead of schedule at the moment.

I hope it's because our medical team are sound and the players are dedicated.
I hope it's not because we rush them back.
I hope it's not because we are crap at estimating their return.

Need to keep Assaidi quiet as he looks their best player.

I would hope that's what we are doing. As long as we don't get caught I really don't care.

I'd like to see Aspas start just so he believes that Brendan trusts him & his confidence grows. Won't happen though I don't think.

Echo say Sakho & Sturridge could be fit for the game against Stoke. They also say Flanagan & Allen should return for the game against Villa.
