I heard somewhere earlier in the season that Agger has played on the right side for Denmark? If true then play the two of them, they're our best two defenders and would complement each other nicely I reckon. The only reason you don't see two lefties playing together is because you rarely have two at a club and so they rarely play on the wrong side - no-one bats an eyelid when two righties play together, mainly because they tend to fill in more given the relative shortage of lefties in the game.

For midfield I'd go with Gerrard, Allen, Henderson for Arsenal and match them for numbers in the middle.

He has played right side but even if they are both fit there's no way Skrtel is getting dropped. To be fair I wouldn't do it Either. I'd play Agger left back until Johnson is fit.

I can see why Rodgers might get rid of both Agger and Johnson. You can't afford having players of their calibre constantly injured. Get...rid. (IMO)

I was thinking this morning, 4-5-1 might be a goer here. Suarez up top on his own but try and win the midfield battle. Bench Sturridge, Sterling play wide right. Gerrard sits with Allen, Hendo just in front and someone on the left of midfield (not sure who). Keep tight and play on counter . Id take a draw. Cant afford to be too open against these lot

Arsenal do play some pretty football, except this season its actually effective too. They could be quiet for 55 minutes, but then score two slick goals very quickly. I can see us dominating the game but unless that domination results in early goals we might struggle.

Yes. Id like to see us hoof it more. Suarez, Sterling and Sturridge are quite quick

We could do with this guy in midfield...

Didn't we do this recently, and we played Suarez almost as a left mid with Sturridge up top on his own, can't remember if it was this season or last, but it seemed to work really well for us from what I can remember.

I'd drop Suarez over Sturridge at the moment.

                          There, I've said it

This game is massive Imo.. The following statement will make no sense mathematically! But I believe if we win this game we will make the top four, if we lose we won't and if we draw it's still up in the air. A win would be a massive statement of intent. 15 games left, no more room for **** ups.

You're right, it makes no mathematical sense. It's also a massive overreaction. It's just one game, worth three points. If we were to lose we'd still be in the driving seat for top 4. With 15 games left every other team around us will still likely **** up more than once. I'm not saying it's not a big game, it is, but you're overplaying it.
