I'm getting quite a bit excited for this one. Do not envy Rodgers, will be difficult to put out a team.
Mignolet
Flanagan Skrtel Toure Cissokho
Allen Gerrard Henderson
Sterling Suarez Sturridge
I would probably prefer to see Coutinho sacrificed for more midfield control. Could see Brendan benching Sterling though or Sturridge to keep Coutinho as well and pack midfield even more with the added bonus of an impact sub.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

BR on Agger, Sakho and Johnson fitness
Brendan Rodgers has revealed he will look to welcome defensive duo Daniel Agger and Glen Johnson back into his squad for full training next week.
Agger has not featured since he was withdrawn 10 minutes before the end of Liverpool's 2-0 win over Oldham Athletic in the third round of the FA Cup in early January.
Following the match at Anfield, scans concluded that the vice-captain had sustained a calf strain.
Full-back Johnson, meanwhile, last figured for the team during their pulsating 2-2 draw against Aston Villa at Anfield on January 18.
Speaking to reporters at his pre-Arsenal press conference at Melwood on Thursday afternoon, Rodgers offered an update on the pair's progress.
Asked whether Agger and Johnson would be fit to play a part against the Gunners at Anfield on Saturday, the manager responded: "No, they'll not be back for this one, but we're hopeful that next week [they will be back].
"Glen Johnson is making a great recovery, so there might be a point towards the middle or end of next week [when he can return]. Daniel Agger will hopefully be next week at some stage."
Meanwhile, the manager gave the latest on the fitness of Mamadou Sakho, who has been out of action since he sustained a hamstring problem during the Reds' narrow 2-1 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on December 29.
"Sakho is still out for a little bit, but apart from that we will be the same as what we have been for the weekend."What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

Epic. The clean sheets will return when Agger is back though to be fair despite Kolo's clanger we've coped pretty well in the last 2 despite the reserve defence.
Tough game but then we'll still likely be 4th at the end of the weekend even if we get beat. But I dont see us getting beat, lets smash these cunts.

Pity as we really need Toure out of the first 11. Dread to think how he'll cope when being targeted by Arsenals attack, Cissoko too! The Ox vs Cissoko is a complete mismatch for pace too. Liking the Sterling match up vs Monreal. Without Flamini, Ramsey & Wilshere their midfield looks open, although Arteta was superb against us last game.
Coutinho & Henderson will really have to give a performance vs Everton to help Gerrard out in that holding role. Waiting and waiting for Coutinho to spring to life this season but apart from the Everton game, he just doesn't seem to be able to get last seasons form going & has been so wasteful in possession. It's very frustrating as everyone knows how talented he is.
I'd take a draw from this game.Last edited by danperkins; 06-02-14, 04:48 PM.
