If were honest Sturridge should have put this game beyond arsenal today. Yes Howard Webb the stupid cunt robbed us again but we should have demolished arsenal.

Shame because we were the better team. Looking forward to seeing arsenal v Bayern. Can see Bayern massacring arsenal.

Don't take your chances you get what you deserve.

Of course, Webb is suspiciously incompetent and needs to be investigated.

Some real desire on show in the second half which was good to see. Some downsides in there, in that we should have made Fabianski work harder for his saves, Agger looking rusty etc etc

      But we move on.

That defence needs sorting out. We are absolutely ****e in defence and if Colin Pascal is our defensive coach he needs to be sacked.

We absolutely battered them. At one point our football was absolutely brilliant. We missed too many chances and that was our downfall.
            Are we winning?

Robbed by the ref. Didn't play well, but neither did Arsenal. They just took their chances.

Concentrate on the title charge now, far more important.

Howard Webb shouldn't be allowed to ref any LFC games anyway due to his South Yorkshire connections.

Its also slightly embarrassing that a 21yr old making his prem debut can give skrtel and agger such a tough time.

But we can focus on the league now.

Skrtel has been one of the best CB's in the league this season. Agger was shocking today and skrtel is consistently paired with under performing partners.

People conveniently forgetting how good he has been and jumping at the chance to give him stick to suit their agenda.

He was no means good but nowhere near worst on pitch. Favorites like Agger, sturridge and Coutinho were terrible.

                          lost it in midfield.
better defending from arsenal snuffed out our few decent chances, but not enough support from the middle.
we know gerrard will be sitting deeper, so we needed the full back to chip in, allen awol.
was there no one on the bench who could have taken brendans favourite boys place...

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Great display let down by poor finishing. Sturridge most guilty, not the only one. Fabianski saved a chance of his early days and Danny lost confidence to take first time shots. Tbh, we played great away from home and it's pleasing in a way. We've come along way from early days of season at Emirates.

If I had to choose between three points of progression in the FA Cup, I would have gone with the former. However, these options weren't mutually exclusive and I would have loved both ... miffed.
