All logic says we marmalize them but it's unlikely. In the last decade or so they came to Anfield as champions/leaders/both multiple times only to lose, similarly when we we won everything they used to beat us pretty much every year. Dreading it and will only start enjoying it if we go 0-3 up.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

totally agree. Overconfidence is not our friend. We need to have the same mentality here as we did with Everton, Arsenal and Spurs. We would be a good scalp for Moyes right now.
Modifying post.

Remember Moyes' absolutely cringeworthy celebrations when they went 2-1 up in the draw v Fulham
.....now imagine how unbearable that cunt will be if they beat us. Just can't bear thinking about it. To lose there this season of all seasons would be the most sickening loss to them I can think of.

in a weird way a bit of me wants them to get 3 points today so he believes that they are sort of decent again and then the pressure will be off for a bit otherwise the press will build it up big style in the week about us overtaking them etc and knowing us we will blow it big time
Oh I say his vision there was lovely

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Funny, this is the 1st season I can remember where I don't have that attitude to this fixture..Originally posted by Shaggy View PostRemember Moyes' absolutely cringeworthy celebrations when they went 2-1 up in the draw v Fulham

all I can see is the big carrot of the 3 points and a step closer to the holy grail.
Whilst welcome, bragging rights and putting a nail in their coffin is secondary in my opinion..
DALGLISH !! :respect

Can't wait for this. If they go at us we will pick them off with our attack. I just can't see a past is Rio and Vidic keeping Sturridge, Suarez, sterling and Couthino quite. Of course they are going to give it a massive go but in the end I think we will have too much for them.
3-1 to the mighty Redmen.
I don't want us to go there and completely smash them as this season we seem to have a tendency to get managers sacked and thats a big no no for this game.

will be a close game. I'm cautiously optimistic and will stay that way
