Na, I'm now convinced we can out score anyone if we need to with the form we are in.

I think our defence has looked more assured, disciplined and controlled since Agger's been back. I also think the triangle of Skrtel, Gerrard and Agger is getting better each game. Sakho will be first choice, next season, but I'd keep the defence as is.

As for Allen - I'd also bring him back. Not sure who I'd drop, though.

As an aside - good to see Lucas back. Not a bad person to bring off the bench
      Another MASSIVE game

Anthony Taylor is ref. His previous two games for us this season were 5-1 at home to Norwich and the away win at Stoke so it's pretty guaranteed we'll be scoring 5 more goals this weekend

Quite likely we'll see the same team line up again. Coutinho being subbed relatively early in the Spurs game suggests he's being preserved for this one.

The Hammers have the aerial threat but if it's the same team, we're expecting to outgun them in a gunfight.

This is going to be a really tough game. West ham will setup to make it hard for us to get in behind or break down.

Big Sam will think his players can drop deep and defend after frustrating the Mackems. Thankfully, we have a bit more class than them. Fancy GJ to score.

Great win. Wham now effectively safe with Sunderland's horrific fixture list to come. The boys can take a well deserved break against us on Sunday.

Sunderland will face both City away and Chelsea away within a couple of days in April. Hopefully cause an upset in at least one of those games. Their lives depend on it now.

                    The perfect result

Except for the potential confidence boost to Carroll.

                      Definitely a game for Sakho.

Take Nolan out of the game and West Ham fail, he provides so much of their ammunition. Hopefully it will be an early wrap up because they are always capable of manhandling a goal.

Very narrow pitch at theirs - I'd be slightly tempted to go 3-5-2 with Sakho in alongside Agger and Skrtel to tackle the aerial threat. Only trouble with that though is that you've got to leave out two of Allen, Sterling and Coutinho. So, I reckon we might carry on as we have been away from home - same back four, Allen in for Coutinho or Sterling (probably Coutinho). We can always change it from the bench if it becomes obvious that it's not working.

                              Keep the same team.

Do we really think Fat Sam has the nous to counter our 5 man attacking machine?
