I think the minutes silence for Hillsborough could work against us. I imagine the noise beforehand will be electric, the passion of the fans will be amazing and then we will have that. It might be hard to replicate that straight afterwards and could potentially see the team start slowly...... we will see though...

I think it'll be electric, then a minutes' silence, then 5 minutes of chanting Justice for the 96 during which few are really focused or arsed about what's happening on the pitch. Then a lull as everyone emotionally regathers. Then it'll be mental again until full time.

I agree it'll take the edge off the intimidation of the atmosphere, but to be fair some things are bigger than football, and I'll be having a few quiet moments myself over the next week or so as I'm reminded again where I was 25 years ago.

I'm sure the team will be focused enough on the job in hand to get off to a good start regardless.

Theres a good chance it will mess with our players heads. What was that Arsenal match I think in the cup under Rafa, and justice was sang for the first 7 minutes. It was a slow start almost as if the game hadn't started then we were unable to lift it all.
