Gj has been absolutely superb

He's misplaced a lot of passes but apart from that he's been good, especially defensively. Isn't that the wrong way round.

Great half, we started really well, but City were getting more into it as the game went on.

Each time they committed forward we threatened to score on the counter. They know they can't over commit

It's benefitted them, he cant handle high tempo games, frightened to death of them. Dortmund, Ajax, us, Bayern etc he disappears every single time.

Its absolutely frightening how good Sterling is at 19. What a player we have there. The great thing about the team is that even though one or two might not be hitting their leve, there is someone else who can raise their game to keep the quality up. Great half - but City are dangerous. They're no Arsenal.

I just don't know what to make of Mignolet.

Well I know he has been worth more points to the team than what he has cost. He has made so many great saves this season during spells of pressure from the other team.


That save near the end of the half made a big difference to the moods of the teams as they head to the dressing rooms.

What a performance... Sterling and Coutinho have been sensational. We should had more. Everyone playing well apart from sturridge.. Who just seems everything going wrong. Even Suarez actually hasn't been great.

What rubbish. They've all been great, Suarez set up Sterlings goal, and every time we break Sturridge and Suarez are on the ball and driving forward. They aren't going to score hat-tricks every game FFS...

Great team performance. Half time coming just as City were getting right back into it, they are not going to lie down.

We've just got to do it again.
