I don't think Bras meant appeal as Ramires has done no wrong, but an appeal to delay the start of the ban.

With the deadline tomorrow, he won't appeal, but if it had been Monday, Chelsea may have appealed to have him for the Liverpool game and sit out the remaining games once the FA has swung their ban hammer.

Jeez, that's a lot of appeals.
