vs Crystal Palace - Build Up

Well, what do we do here. Just go all out to try and get loads and loads of goals?

I thought Palace looked poor against City, already on wind down mode.

We just have to go for the win. The GD deficit is all but irretrievable to be honest. We'd have to win 10-0 twice.

Put 6 past them unanswered and it makes the final day a bit more interesting.

I think playing with that aim is a mistake, because the players will be actively reminded that they need to win AND get x number of goals. Odds are we would end up playing like we did after Ba's goal.

Palace is the perfect time to regroup and get back to our deadly groove. We play to the best of our ability and the goals will come. Recalibrate the focus on performance.

A night game, no pressure. Palace will be buzzing.

Horrid game to have for us. Still think we can win it. We could do with two early goals to ease the mental pressure.

The weekend games should tell us where we lie, Everton win and we can afford a draw, massive city win and we should just focus on the win/coming second. 1-0 City we should go mad and have a go, nowt to lose

We just need 3 points. I don't think we'll win on goal difference.

Bloody hell; 5 days till the Everton game & 7 days till ours

Not sure if my sanity/marriage/job/heart can take this....

My wife is getting well pissed off with me - can't blame her, poor woman!

I can say that my wife has been very supportive, but I must be testing her patience. Felt so ****ing down when I got back last night, that I was literally devoid of any energy whatsoever.

Football is just **** at times!
                    Are we winning?

We could be third come kick off. With players wanting to put things right, expectation with Manchester City and Crystal Palace potentially on their jols, I reckon we go all guns blazing.

                      Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling, Coutinho

                      Seven other players.

                      Let's blitz 'em.

Problem is, that Palace are a defensive team, so breaking them down will be hard. THey normally sit deep and their pitch isn't very conducive to quick passing football.

Lets maul these cunts, at least guarantee taking it to the final day plus we've still got to finish above the "tactical genius" and get 2nd if we cant win it.

Absolutely nothing to lose in this game now for us - just unload and see what it gets us.

Yeah........will be interesting to see how we react. Although the City game the day before it is going to set the tone one would imagine, in spite of what happened yesterday,
