    Palace Post Match Disappointment Thread

That was it, gave it away again this season after controlling a game and just needing to close it.

    Disappointment is what this is.

In a week it will look better when seing the season in total.

Wasteful. Can only blame ourselves although I did my best.

Well at least we didn't concede another. A draw midweek would have been unlikely. I always thought it would take a defeat for City after that Chelsea game.

The Chelsea game wasn't us choking, but that was.

Christ, looking back at the highlights we had chances for twice the amount of goals.

No excuses, it's crazy that we can let Palace back in to a game like this. Learning curve this.

Dire defending. Not just the individuals in defence, our midfield was wide, wide open.

Sadly it's taken the gloss over an amazing season and it shouldn't. It hurts though right now.

                      Kneejerkers should log off.

Awesome 60mins, cant blame them for going for more goals but ultimately it cost us, that and Martin Skrtel's inability to defend, looking hard and scoring from set pieces apparently makes him an amazing centre half according to some on here though.

                        Clattenburg was an absolute disgrace.

Surprised we didn't go on to lose it, our heads were completely gone.

Have to give credit to palace they showed some balls to come back there.

And screw this criticising our players. They've played with a very high intensity all season and they're ****ed. They've reached the end of their reserves.

They've done amazing along with Brendan to get us here in the first place.

We didn't have the balls or experience to follow through and win it. We also didn't have the squad but that's no excuse for tonight.

You generally get what you deserve and a CL place it is.
