My phone almost went through my TV I was that ****ing angry. I had the game on and was on here. When they got their first i had a horrible ****ing feeling that we would collapse and we did. Pulis knew we were done after 75 minutes and sent on some pace to do the damage.

Fair play to Palace though for coming back we we were shocking. I don't want to see Skrtel and Sakho together again. One of them needs to go .

I think the players tend to play too much with the heart and not enough with their head at times. I think that applies a lot to Gerrard, Suarez and Skrtel, all of them tend to get really caught up in things. I think we really lack someone who can take a step back and calm things down.

For me when we let in the first goal we needed a calm head to say lets take 5 mins keep the ball, control the game and make them chase after it don't do anything stupid and don't let them build momentum. Do that and we probably win the game 3-1.

Dont mean to go all captain hindsight, but it was 20 minutes since we got the third and it wasnt happening for a foruth, we were flagging. It was time to shut up shop and take the win, even more so and 3-1 and it just never happened.

Palace Post Match Disappointment Thread

Deverstated right now - I really thought we would win & the worst thing is that it's sucking me back in - being 35 & a mum of 2 working shifts I had just managed to get LFC things under control - hell I once went a week with our looking on here - but slowly & surely they gave us hope & as Dave says it's always hope that's the killer!!
I hope the kop sing about Stevie & Suarez on Sunday & we beat them 9.0 - coz next year could be our year....

If u had asked me if u would have been happy with top 3 at the start of the season I would have snapped ur hand off - well in lads u haven't done a bad job over all!

The thing that struck me in the second half were the acres of space Palace were getting on their left.

Johnson may be a decent player going forward but as a right back defender he's nowhere near good enough.

Defo needs replacing before the start of next season

That is a problem with the diamond midfield if you don't have loads of energy in the team

2. Liverpool to become the Premier League's record scorers (Chelsea got 103 in 09-10 season).

We're in the Champion's League group stages, world class players will know who we are and will want to join, Anfield will host European football again!

It's been said before but Henderson missing for the pass 3 games has shown up our lack of energy in the midfield, hopefully something that will be addressed in the summer

Im still ****ing seething.

The bit that gets me is the second goal. Bolasie just waltzed past everyone. Two players could have taken the cunt out on the half way line…but they let him bulldoze his way through. ****ing brainless Johnson. ****ing sick of his pathetic attempts to do anything defensive.

The players who stay will learn from that though. We;ll be mentally so much better off after this disaster. They'll all know how it feels, and we;ll be prepared for another assault next season.

We overcommitted and paid the price. The players and probably management got carried away with the goal difference thinking we could smash the arse out of it and then we got hit on the counter.

At 3 - 0 we looked likely to score another couple and that if we conceded then the scoreline would protect us. A single goal conceded and we lost all composure. We're amazingly fragile and it needs to be addressed
