Monday night, immediately after the game I saw the true colours of many so called friends and relatives. I was at an all time low at that point and the venom and sheer delight others took from our demise will stay with me forever. I hope the players have also seen this through social media etc and use it as an even bigger motivation tool for next season.

Hopefully the players are given a fantastic reception. Brought the best football I've personally seen to Anfield (too young to really remember the late 80s teams), been involved in some amazing games and really have shaken up what was the financial elite of the Premier League. Champions League football being back at Anfield will be fantastic and with so many young players outside of Stevie G, potentially many more seasons like this to come!!

Not convinced West Ham will do anything but park the bus for 10 minutes then fall to pieces after an early strike, for a final home game of the season hammering. Does seem a smidge ironic that Carroll, Downing and Cole - £60 million of wasted transfer budget - could still ultimately prove value for money... ;-)

If we win the league I will not even bother arguing with people who call us lucky. The one definitive fact in football is that over a 38 game season you finish exactly where you deserve too. Every team can cry about bad luck & injuries etc. but I swear, if we win it I'll not even say that. I'll just grin & look like I belong in a mental hospital. I'll probably smell of beer and be drunk anyways.

My only annoyance is I only have sky sports 1. Annoyed to **** City are ahead as it means I have to watch us on a ****ing stream Might have to venture out!

Oh, on the game - Just score early and let City know they can't afford a slip up. Crank up the pressure. As they don't need to win they'll probably be quite calm. But here's hoping for a Hammers goal.

City have been great as well which is forgotten, if they hadnt been pre Christmas we wouldnt have chased down more goals on Monday and won the game. However overall i'd say theyve had the rub of the green more than us with decisions and we deserve the league
