Just got the chat from my Father-In-Law and apparently Newcastle had approached Liverpool Football Club to confiscate all banners relating to Mike Ashley and/or Alan Pardew on entry. I saw the one at the end, but my understanding is that Newcastle fans wanted to make more of a protest.

Any match going reds pick up on the lack of banners in the away end?
