Believe me, the threat of disowning him looms large in our household. Let's see if you can make it on your own, Mr. Five Year Old! The two year old has no issues.

I took my lad to Anfield when he was 6 to see us win 3-0 & he's been hooked ever since. He's copped heaps of crap from scum & Chavs but never wavered. #respect.Originally posted by BrooklynRed View PostBelieve me, the threat of disowning him looms large in our household. I took my two to a dreary 0-0 draw vs Spurs two years back in 90+ degree weather in Baltimore where none of our stars played, so you see my dilemma. *ha*Originally posted by SB View PostI took my lad to Anfield when he was 6 to see us win 3-0 & he's been hooked ever since. It's designed to extract as much money as possible from you guys in return for as little possible. It's a sub standard product for premium prices.
I wish these tours wouldn't happen. They're a waste of everybody's time.
For those who saw the team in Oz last year, what was the highlight? I'm guessing that it was probably singing YNWA in a stadium of like minded people. Was the game memorable? Probably not. It's a lot of money to pay just to sing a song.
It's the Disneyfication of football.
But each to their own and all that.Oh I don't know.

I was there in Australia and it was really good. We got 99% of the first team (minus Suarez cause he had a strop on) and saw the training the night before and tickets were only £30.Originally posted by dom9 View Post

July 2014
Wed - 16 Friendly Brøndby A 17:00
Sat - 19 Friendly Preston A 15:00
Thu - 24 Friendly Roma H 0:30
Sun - 27 Friendly Olympiacos H 23:00
August 2014
Sat - 2 Friendly Milan H 23:30
Sun - 10 Friendly Dortmund H 12:15
So by the time the world cup ends, 3 days later we start off on Pre Season. At a guess the International lads will be back late July, but the others who are still involved probably only be ready for the Dortmund game.
Doesnt really leave BR with much time with the squad and new players does it. Hardly ideal the world cup finishing Mid July.*Except Michael, who died.
