On the plus side Coates has looked good, Enrique done ok & Coutinho has looked lively.

Never a fan of Allen. City have been the better side alright, although their squad is far superior than ours. Be nice to see few changes. Allen,Hendo & Stevie haven't been great. Though Coutinho was our best player, Coates done well too.

How the game pans out is of no real significance. We just look sluggish and City seem as if they have been back in pre season weeks before us.

Still, I guess it's only pre season.

Coutinho looked very sharp. The CM's in Hendo,Allen & Gerrard look like their struggling. Our forward line looked all wrong in that first half.

Lambert looks totally lost out there for me and unfortunately not just this game, I've thought the same in every game I've seen this pre season, his lack of pace is certainly a hindrance
