Lambert looks totally lost out there for me and unfortunately not just this game, I've thought the same in every game I've seen this pre season, his lack of pace is certainly a hindrance

Which is why he surely will be an impact sub most of the time. Bit pointless having him in a counter attack when he's still at the halfway line when the rest are in the box.

He'll be useful when needed though, dependant on the situation.

Most definitely, it's a good no risk signing but he's an impact sub and nothing else for me, we really do need another quality forward as we are very short
