    Is Diao better than Bolo?

I'm curious what everyone thinks on this matter, both aren't very good but who would you prefer in your lineup in center mid if you had to choose one of them?

The Stoke fans have been raving about him, he's been their best player, apparently.

Zenden's average, but he's still light years better than Diao.

Diao reminds me of Jules Winnfield in his youth.

              Zenden by a mile

Diao looks like Audley Harrison, although Harrison would be a better footballer!

Bolo has been by far a better player over the past couple of years. He is suffering from the fact that the team just aren't clicking at the moment - but give him a chance.
As for Diao, whatever you say about him, he is still an international, just not the right player for us. At least he is now playing, and by all accounts playing well at a level to which he is well suited. Hopefully he'll get a permanent move soon.
Despite all his problems and frustrations at not being in Rafa's plans, he has never had a go at the management, so he deserves some credit for that.

Anyone remember Diao scoring an incredible goal for Senegal during the World Cup in Korea ? He started off a flowing move down in his own half and motored upfield to be on the end of that move. Reminded me of that goal scored by Terry McDermott against Spurs in 1978. Ged probably fell in love with him after that.

Zenden is better. He does have some football ability.

Yep - against Denmark - and afterwards he got himself sent off for high tackles - but Ged must have been out to open another bottle of french red wine by then.
