First half mostly passed me by as I'd just awoken from a drunken stupor, but second half was very encouraging. Few kids looking comfortable at this level in Wilson, Ojo, Canos and Branagan and McLaughlin looking back to his debut season form going on our first two matches..
1-1.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Rossiter was winning tackles everywhere and he very rarely loses the ball, very neat player. Him, McLaughlin and Ojo stood out most for me
Neil Mellor has come on as a commentator during these games. He's become slightly more professional, looking serious whilst delivering platitudes as is right and proper, but also retains a cheeky sense of humour. When's he's around the older commentators he calms down a bit like a set of rogue male adolescent elephants when introduced to a matriarch, but it still pops up now and again. Whilst his hairline is lower than a Janner's wit his ears are absolutely minute in relation to the rest of his head, like a baby gerbil's.
"Kristoffer Peterson, 19, impressed during the pre season with Liverpool and got to go with the team to America where he got playing time against Milan and Man United, making other clubs interested.
Now he is on his way to Utrecht. According to sources to fotbollskanalen.se the clubs have agreed the transfer and the Dutch club is now discussing personal terms with the player.
Peterson was brought to the club's academy from Sävedalen in 2011 and has since impressed in both the U18's and reserve squad before making his first team debut against Shamrock Rovers in May 2014."
I don't think he will be good enough for us eventually, but it would still be nice if there was some sort of a buy-back deal in place...
