A modern day Midnight Cowboy was what came to mind straight away.

He apparently created more chances in pre season that any player for lfc. Lets see if he hangs about.

Nowhere near the squad for Arsenal's match...is that an ominous sign for him or have our squad numbers improved that much?
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

Squad is just that strong IMO, Can, Grujic, Origi and Stewart were ahead and probably not less for tactical reasons.
                * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Well, as long as he's still involved somewhat...but won't he miss out on his win bonuses?

Difficult to see him much getting minutes or even in the squad at all, much like Ings, Lucas, and probably one of the centre-backs Sakho/Matip/Klaven.
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon

Surely he'll get a game in the league cup at least, and if he puts in a good performance he will presumably put himself back in Klopp's thoughts. At the moment there is alot of competition for those places in the team and Coutinho, Mane and Lallana all put in good performances to keep themselves in the team.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Liverpool's Lazar Markovic is considering an approach from Newcastle United as he looks to resurrect his career in England, Goal understands.

The 22-year-old has fielded plenty of enquiries from abroad, most notably from Sporting Lisbon who were prepared to pay £16 million to sign him permanently.

The Serbian was not interested in returning to Portugal , where he celebrated a treble with Benfica, while Schalke and AC Milan also explored the possibility of recruiting him.

Markovic is Rafael Benitez’s first-choice option to strengthen his attack out wide ahead of West Brom winger Callum McManaman, and the three-time SuperLiga winner is open to dropping down to the Championship for a restart.

Newcastle are prepared to go above and beyond to convince the player to make the switch to St James' Park, either on loan or on a long-term deal.

Given Sporting were willing to part with £16m for Markovic, Liverpool will count that figure as his valuation for a permanent move.

Meanwhile, Luis Alberto's €5m transfer to Lazio and Andre Wisdom's season-long shift to RB Salzburg are both nearing completion.

Rafa is managing Newcastle like how I play football manager. That must be close to 30 transfers for them.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

If we get £16 million for Markovic I won't criticise the committee ever again.
