So say it's half of what he gets at the moment. How many of you would give up your job to earn 50% elsewhere? None of you so don't pretend otherwise.

To moan about him not moving for less money (when we don't know what that figure is), is patently ridiculous and throw in to the mix it's also pretty doubtful he's anywhere near our top earners and anyway some of his wages will have been paid by loaning clubs. Contrast that with someone like Sturridge who was (and maybe still is) one of the top earners but has played about as many times as I have for the club over the past couple of years
