    Markovic or Coutinho

Does anybody else think Coutinho hasn't had the best of starts ?. He seems to be lacking match fitness Aswell, can't remember the last time he played a full competitive match for Liverpool, he seems to be subbed between 60-75 mins too often. This Markovic burst into the game V City and I thing he could be the better option for our game against Spurs.
Bob and I never had any rows. We didn't have any time for that. We had to plan where we were going to keep all the cups we won.

    Yeah, I'd drop him.

He's been dross these first few games, he's a fanny who can't take the physical side of the game which opens it up for the opposition midfield.

Decent on his day but time to get Lallana in instead, not sure how we're going to fit Markovic in to be honest.

Lallana for me too, if fit. I'm not sure why we bought Markovic tbh.

I think lallana will take a place in the 3 behind the front 3 so it will be Markovic or Coutinho in behind the strikers. At present though I agree I'd have Lallana in Coutinhos place with Allen or Can beside Gerrard and Hendo.

Because we can't rely on 14 players to try and win the league and three cups.

Lallana is a good option when he is match fit, I would put Markovic in for tomorrow's game with Lallana coming off the bench.

Markovic tomorrow. Coutinho isn't great in away fixtures and ATM he isn't scoring or getting assists so may as well give Marko a chance.

Bloody hell, 2 games in and Couthino is ****. This guy was awesome last season and is now being written off.

I don't think anyone is writing him off. Coutinho though a very good player is inconsistent. He was like this last season especially away from home. It's great that we're now in a position where we can bring in quality replacements such Lallana and Markovic if Coutinho underperforms. I still expect him to have a good season nevertheless.

He wasn't awesome at all. He was excellent in some games but didn't perform consistently well enough over the course of the season. And that game against Palace where he should have given away the foul is well, inexcusable I'm sorry.

We would have won the league if he'd have scythed him down. Will never forget that moment.

I think Coutinho was decent against City. It's just very fine margins for him at the moment. He tries things, takes risks and it will pay off at some stage. He is quality and is probably the most talented in his position that we have.

I think Rodgers will stick with him, and I hope he does.

Get over it please. We have options this season and having the option of playing Markovic in place of Coutinho when he has struggled is great. It's all good, and FWIW I would actually stick with Coutinho tomorrow.
