Even better when you consider the players that didn't make it for various reasons, Lallana, lucas, Skrtel, Flanagan, Suso etc

Yeah noticed that. Weird that he spoke through a translator each time when he was at Southampton, looks like it was club policy.

Has anybody watched any of Spurs' games so far this season?

Everybody seems to be raving about their performances, but they only *just* bet West Ham and scored a few against QPR which is pretty standard. Are they playing good football and we should be worried, or are they being built up to try and whet the appetite of the neutral?

Spurs may have started well but we will be a very different proposition to West Ham & QPR. Their high line could be suicidal today.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

How long he'd been at Southampton before today - 2 years? Ample time to get used to the language.

Balotelli has a point to prove after being left out of the Italian Squad, Fancy he is going to bag a brace today.

Think I saw something before, was an interview with Lallana when he was at Southampton, where he said that he always spoke to them in English he just used a translator in interviews and such so what he says doesn't get misinterpreted and twisted by the media.

I was surprised at how fluent he actually was though, I thought maybe he'd just know the words press, pass and tackle.

He could always speak English it was a cover by either him or the club to deflect difficult questions in press conferences.
