The club categorically said, when Mighty Red was launched a couple of years ago, that it wouldn't be involved on matchdays. So they've ballsed up really. Personally I'm not arsed but I guess everything seems trivial to me at the moment.

I don't think it's something worth getting in a tizz over - Twitter is awash with Mighty Red related rage - but if push came to shove I'd rather not go down this route. Where does it end? Music after goals, cheerleaders etc? **** that.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Cheerleaders would have some support though.

Gotcha. Ban him from Anfield - it's a bit tacky.

Far to Yanky Doodle for me, curry and chips and a few pints is sufficient.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

It's ****. I'm sure a photo with Gerrard is enough for the kids and they manage to get back to their families without this ****ty thing before. It might "only" be a club mascot on the pitch but it's not us at all or at least shouldn't be, leave that **** for clubs like Arsenal. It wont be long until it's out on the pitch all pre kick off either, leave it for the nothing clubs like Wigan, Reading and Arsenal. Use it for kids functions and all that by all means, just keep it off our pitch.

Are we gonna eventually have music after goals aswell so the kids can have a little dance?

Appropriate songs when a goal is scored?
